🎨 Creative Tuesdays – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Spaces are strictly limited to 12 participants per block of 6 sessions.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Before the block begins:

    • A full refund is available up to 7 days before the first session.

    • After that, bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person (see below).

  • After the block has started:

    • Refunds are not available for missed sessions.

    • Please understand that your booking secures your place for the entire 6-session block, and we cannot re-sell individual missed sessions.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

  • If you are unable to attend the block, you may transfer your booking to a friend provided you notify us by email before the first session.

  • Transfers cannot be arranged once the block has commenced.

4. Session Attendance

  • Sessions run every second Tuesday as scheduled.

  • In the rare case that a session must be cancelled (e.g. due to illness or emergency), a make-up session will be arranged.

5. Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during the session.

  • Basic art materials will be provided. Please advise in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities (e.g. paints, adhesives, food/drink).

6. Photography & Promotion

  • Occasionally, photos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be included.
