Meet Chris Petrie
San Remo Paint & Sip is run by Chris Petrie — an experienced artist, art educator, and professionally registered Creative Arts Therapist. Chris has spent his career helping people discover the joy of self-expression, whether in classrooms, studios, or therapeutic settings.
Chris first introduced group painting sessions in 2009, when he opened his Camberwell gallery in Melbourne under the name Art Jamming. The idea was simple but powerful: bring people together to create, connect, and have fun through art.
When Chris later moved to Coronet Bay on the Bass Coast, Paint & Sip continued from his home studio, welcoming locals and holidaymakers into an intimate creative space.
